Bugs & technical issues — broken links, reader mode failures, loading problems, mobile display issues
Content concerns — if you believe an article is mislabeled, contains misinformation, or has an incorrect bias rating
Takedown requests — plainews links to original sources and does not host article content. Takedown requests should go to the original publisher. We will remove a link if directed to by the publisher.

What we cannot help with

Editorial disagreements — we do not editorially control which stories AI surfaces, but we can review systematic bias concerns
Bias rating disputes — bias ratings come from AllSides and Ad Fontes Media; contact them directly to dispute outlet ratings
Third-party article content — for errors or corrections in a linked article, contact the original publisher

plainews offers three placement types: the homepage bundle (above-the-fold bar + floating search bar), and the floating reader commercial widget. All placements are direct — no programmatic networks, no behavioral targeting, no user data shared.
